Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or unsealed:

  • Personal Care & Beauty Tools
  • Any product showing signs of use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs paid by the customer for returning an item will not be reimbursed.

Exception: If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered by Husn o Jamaal, we may cover or reimburse the return shipping cost after verification.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another suitable payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered when:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refused COD Orders

Customers who place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and refuse to accept them without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future COD orders with Husn o Jamaal.
